Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and other avenues.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, ensuring all sales materials and proposals are aligned with company branding and values.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts aimed at increasing sales and profitability.
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives, maintaining detailed records of all contacts and meetings.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with prospective clients, managing and interpreting their requirements to ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to nurture a proactive approach to sales and marketing strategies.
  • Work cohesively with support staff, other consultants, and management to optimize sales strategies and company revenue.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on marketing and sales efforts, suggesting changes and improvements where necessary.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to build professional networks and foster client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a marketing consultant, sales consultant, or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales-driven position.
  • Strong understanding of market research methods, marketing strategies, and sales techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; capable of managing multiple projects independently.
  • High-level communication and networking skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite and modern digital marketing platforms including CRM software.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen insight into market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, capable of consistently securing profitable deals.
  • Availability to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and other professional engagements.
